How do I exchange a product?
Note: Exchange is not applicable for products purchased under sale.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Reverse pickup takes 3-7 days.
- Once received at our warehouse (within 10-15 days), the product undergoes a Quality Check (QC).
- If the product passes QC, the exchange process will be initiated.
We ensure that your exchange request is handled smoothly. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
The above timelines indicate the maximum time required for the exchange process.
