1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


2. Refund Policy

  • We accept refunds only in the following cases:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Defective or damaged product received

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
